Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times. Please contact hello@hondroutwins.com for any additional updates on your order. 

Australia Post may experience delivery delays and service impacts during peak periods, see their updates HERE. 

For the fastest delivery option we encourage customers to select Express Shipping at checkout on eligible orders, and your order will be prioritised for delivery by Australia Post.

  • *Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply for international orders depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Australian Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

  • Express Delivery (1-3 business days)

  • All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

  • It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

    • For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;

    • Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

    • Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.


New Zealand Delivery

  • All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

  • It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

    • All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days.

International Delivery (Rest Of The World)

  • All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;

  • All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15 business days (please note delivery to South Africa, Central America and South America may take up to 30 business days);

    • There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

In the event of a dispute between Hondrou Twins and its customer about an order made on the outeregobyhondroutwins.com.au website, the data registered by Hondrou Twins will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
